1. Pick fresh cloves garlic or single clove garlic(without peeling and cleaning), then cut off the excess garlic stalk, and evenly put it into the aluminum frame from the bottom to the top.
2. Connect the power supply, press and hold the On-off key for 2 seconds to enter the program setting state. In the standby state of displaying three horizontal lines, you can directly select the program setting to start fermentation. Select the cloves garlic or the single clove garlic button, press it to hear the beep sound, the machine will start working. Choosing the cloves garlic button will display 289 hours(12 days) fermentation work time, and choosing the single clove garlic button will display 360 hours (15 days) fermentation work time.
3. After the machine is working, it will display recurrently the remaining fermentation days / the remaining fermentation hours / the actual working temperature.
4. After the fermentation is completed, the machine will automatically turn off the heating and beep for 30 seconds to remind of completion. (If the power is not disconnected after the fermentation is completed, the machine will sound to remind of turning off the power within 8 hours, prompting every hour)
5. After the black garlic is finished, it can be taken out and dried for consumption. At this time, the machine will have residual heat. Please be careful when opening the lid. After the fermentation is finished drying, the black garlic can be preserved in cans or food boxes, and the taste is better after 5-7 days of storage. The shelf life of black garlic is about 3 months under the condition of sealing, and about 6 months under sealing and refrigeration.
