Operations:

1. Connect the electrode sheet on the main unit and fix it.

2. Use a wet wipe or a wet towel to clean the eyebrow or forehead skin.

3. Peel off the protective film on the electrode and wear the sleep instrument like a pair of glasses. The position of the electrode piece is attached to the forehead trigeminal nerve so that the electrode piece is firmly attached to the skin.

4. Press the instrument on/off key, the system enters sleep mode by default, press the button, the system switches to decompression mode, soothing mode, and then off.

5. When the strength gradually adapts to the process, short press the button to strengthen, long press to weaken.

6. After work, remove the electrode sheet, paste the protective film, and place the instrument and electrode sheet into the box for next time use.

Find the best size

When comparing your measurements to those listed on the site, make sure to check if the fabric is stretchy or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
